From Idea to First Course
Christine Shalala, a local psychotherapist, set out to help women heal from trauma and build stronger relationships.
When she reached out to BaLuca Media, her vision was to create an online course blending videos, written guidance, and emotional exercises.
It was her first on-camera experience, filmed across two days—first in a professional co-working space, then at her home, where she felt relaxed and authentic. The result captured her warmth, confidence, and the heart of her mission.
Rebranding and Reconnecting
A year later, Christine reached out again—this time with more clarity.
She had refined her message, fully understood her audience, and knew exactly how she wanted to communicate her value.
It was time to rebrand her website and update her visual content to reflect her evolved practice.
We organised a personal brand photoshoot and a promotional video, both shot in the co-working space where she meets clients. Our creative goal was to visually express trust, privacy, professionalism, and presence—to showcase Christine’s therapeutic style and create a genuine introduction to her work.
The promo video now sits proudly on her website’s homepage, capturing her voice, energy, and atmosphere in a way that words alone never could.

Strategic Reels for Social Media
Six months later, Christine was ready to amplify her presence on LinkedIn and Instagram.
Together, we created a library of short-form reels—a combination of professional, educational insights and personal reflections. These were designed for easy use across platforms, in presentations, and as client introductions.
The reels helped humanise her brand and expand her visibility, all while staying true to her calm, grounded, and authentic tone.
